This may include charter bus or flight transportation to and/or from the Games. Each participant's travel itinerary will be available on BC GAMES PARTICIPANT WEBSITE. Participants should be sure to review and print their travel itinerary to confirm the arrangements that have been made on their behalf.

PARTICIPANT ACCREDITATION PROCESS
Every Games participant must be accredited by the end of day, Thursday, March 23, 2023. No one will be permitted to pick up the accreditation package for another Games participant.
Upon arrival at the Games, Games volunteers will work with coaches to complete the accreditation process for all members of the Zone Team. Each participant on the Zone Team will be given an accreditation badge. This Games identification must be worn at all times and permits access to accommodation, meals, transportation, and special events. The sport-specific Bus & Meal Schedules will be available from the coach and at the accommodation site; this outlines scheduled movements for the entire Games. Sport Schedules, which detail competition information, will be available online as soon as it is finalized and will posted at the accommodation site and sport venues.
Games officials should check with their Provincial Advisor for information about when you will receive your Games accreditation.
