BC Games Society Request for Proposal for Auditor

The BC Games Society, as a registered non-profit and a crown corporation, requires annual financial statement audits. Each BC Winter and BC Summer Games establishes its own host society; each requiring a financial statement audit at the conclusion of their Games.

The Board of Directors of the BC Games Society wishes to engage an Auditor to perform audits for the BC Games Society and each Games host society. The society tenders for the Auditor every five years.

The term begins with the BC Games Society audit for the 2025/26 fiscal year and concludes with the audit for the 2029/30 fiscal year. The term includes five audits for the BC Games Society and four audits for Games host societies.
