A volunteer Board of Directors for each BC Winter and BC Summer Games operates under a 14-Directoratre structure, with 75+ committee chairs, 100's of committee members, and 1000's of Games-time volunteers. This team of approximately 2,800 (BC Winter Games) to 3,000 (BC Summer Games) volunteers plan and stage the Games.
