For many participants, the BC Winter and BC Summer Games serve as their first taste of a multi-sport games. Athletes become part of a bigger zone team,  giving them the opportunity to reach outside of their sport and team to make new friendships and create lasting memories.

Whether its walking into the Opening Ceremony, cheering on other athletes and teams in your zone, or sleeping on our famous rubber mats in schools, the Games offer a wholly unique experience that athletes, coaches, and officials will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
