The BC Winter and BC Summer Games are British Columbia’s celebration of sport and community, bringing together the province’s emerging high performance athletes and certified coaches and officials every two years for five days of action.

Past Games

Since the first BC Summer Games took place in Penticton in the summer of 1978, the BC Winter and BC Summer Games have visited 40 communities and welcomed over 115,000 participants.
