Participant Checklist
Attending the Games? Make sure you take care of these details before the Games:
- Review the Guide to the Games - coming soon
- Look for your registration confirmation letter in the mail (sent via Canada Post)
- This will include information about accessing the BC GAMES PARTICIPANT WEBSITE
- If you have not received this letter by March 6, 2023, please contact us - participantreg@bcgames.org
- Log into the BC GAMES PARTICIPANT WEBSITE (see your confirmation letter for login details)
- You will be required to reset your password when you login
- You will also be required to review and agree to the terms of participation in the Games
- Complete mandatory information on the BC GAMES PARTICIPANT WEBSITE by March 15, 2023
- BC Games Code of Conduct and Participant Waiver - review, download, complete, and upload the code of conduct and waiver form
- Parental Consent - those under 19 will also be required to upload a parental consent form completed by their parent/guardian
- Medical/Allergy Form - complete the medical/allergy form, including providing any dietary restrictions
- Culture of the Games Course - all participants are required to complete the Culture of the Games course. It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
- Travel Itinerary - be sure to print your travel itinerary before you leave for the Games. This document not only outlines where you will depart from when travelling to the Games but also where you will catch your bus/flight for your travel home.

- BC Games Leadership Bursary - application process is now closed
- Participant Biography - tell us about yourself by completing the Participant Bio form
- Health Assessment - review health information and complete a personal health assessment on the BC GAMES PARTICIPANT WEBSITE
